[edit] Welcome at rLeague.eu Rules Website
Welcome at rLeague.eu - rFactor-Based MultiMod League System - Rules Website. This website scope is to expose, more accurately and simply possible, all the rules, mechanisms and functionatilies of rLeague system.
[edit] What is rLeague
rLeague it is a system for the organization and semi-automatic management of online motor events based entirely and only on the simulator of guide rFactor by ISI.
rLeague catch up two fundamental scopes: to organize fun and fair races, enthusiastic contests and to supply to the drivers a technological backend such to render the management of virtual reality, from the management of scores to the publication of statistics of relative analyses to the cronometrici times, to the best performances and a lot other. To become a rLeague driver (or "rL") means to have all information automaticaly from the server, drivers lap times, times compare, splits, position after race, points, DLIs and much more.
Becoming a rLeague driver means having a fully automated system capable in race results and chrono data auto-loading on the main database and having them, as statistical reports, under the main stats web site, called "rL STATS CENTRAL".
Such a platform takes advantage from the native functionalities of the driving simulator rFactor which makes available to the organization and the drivers a very good multiplayer management system, a powerful graphic/physical motor as well as to use several adding applications packages, freely available on the web: they can supply new and different types of means (or MOD), making the simulator longevity and its capacity of entertaining virtually infinitive.
Moreover, every rL driver must partecipate to a certain number of motor events, usually recognized as training events and official events; training events are usually access free, no subscription needed, and can be taken every moment on our training server. Instead, official events are usually part of leagues events or SPECIAL EVENTS: subscription is needed and is available under the appropiate main web site private area section, if the league(s) access limitations parameters are covered (if present). Weekly SPECIAL EVENTS usually doesn't have access limitations.
The system provides to calculate and assign the races results points, calculated on several variables (number of partecipants, group number, qualify results and so on); at the same time, rLeague uses a driving licenses system, cross-leagues and official events, called DLi (Driving License Index), to identify each driver fair play and maturity. This numerical indicator, linked to each driver, is automaticall calculated with a rL algorithm, on the base of the accidents during each official race session.
A complete read of the present rules/website is needed to make rL system functionalities clear.
